Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. NO REFUNDS WHATSOEVER FOR LOCKDOWN SALE ITEMS

For accounting and VAT purposes, after 7 days we offer no refunds, even if no photos have been supplied by that stage. (Also referred to as a “voucher” purchase) You may gladly use the credit to purchase another item or give it to a friend to use.

Where refunds are approved, please allow 7 working days for processing.

If payment was made by credit card, 7 working days must have passed since the purchase to ensure funds have cleared in our account and are not reverseable.

Note that 3% transaction fees are deducted before refunding on Payfast payments.

 

We will gladly replace any items that you are not 100% satisfied with, provided you bring this to our attention within 7 days of your purchase.
